We have an exciting opportunity for a proven Customer Focused Professional to manage, lead and deliver all aspects for a leading Shopping Centre in Northamptonshire.
This key position will lead all aspects of delivery for the scheme including: -
- Driving high standards of Customer Service / Quality across all areas
- Ensure operational quality in all areas (security/cleaning/customer services/ FM)
- Engagement with key stakeholders and town centre partners
- Full Service Charge/Budget management, reporting & delivery
- Lead and manage all retailer engagement, relationships and communication
- Management of commercial office
- Close liaison with Lead Surveyor and Client
- Contract management for all services
- Collate and communicate key trading data
- Ensure the site is fully compliant in all areas (H&S)
- Relationship management with key external partners
- Maximise Marketing & Commercialisation Opportunities
This is a great opportunity for candidates who are looking to move into the Shopping Centre industry. Candidates will hold proven operational management experience within retail, leisure or the hospitality sector.
