High Street Head Office - Swindon

Fixed Term - 6-9 Months

We are currently looking for a Central Buying Administrator to join our Central Buying Team within the High Street Head Office in Swindon on a Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to the Lead Buying Coordinator, you will support the Commercial Planning Team and Buying Trading Teams with a range of administrative tasks. This is an ideal entry level role for someone looking to start their Buying career within a leading Retailer.


What you'll be doing:

* Set up of new lines, maintenance and price changes

* Set up and Maintenance of Promotional offers

* New supplier set up and maintenance

* Supplier invoicing

* Product builds as required

* Sample requests/ collation


What we are looking for:

* Educated at GCSE level within Maths & English

* Strong administrative experience ideally with an interest in Retail

* Excel & Word experience

* Strong organisation skills and time management

* Attention to detail

* Strong communicator and interpersonal skills
