SF Commercial are working with a transport service provider, they have a fantastic opportunity to join their HR Service team on a 3 month contract

As the Central Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining and delivering a consistent, reliable and efficient support system to the HR function.

Your duties will include:

- Responsibility for all incoming and outgoing post
- Writing company letters and communications
- Collate and distribute benefit and competition posters
- Print and prepare assessment packs
- Mail merges/ scanning/copying/ filing
- Order uniform for new employees
- Process Refer a Friend applications
- Responsibility for archiving and retrieving files
- Manage meeting room diaries
- Book hotels/venues/cars for functional departments
- Collate and send Long Service Awards
- Stationary ordering
- Be able to travel when requested

To be successful
- The ability to work well under pressure and to tight time deadlines
- A flexible team player who can support the wider Service Centre as and when required
- Ability to take ownership of a task and see it through to completion

Hours of work 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (37.5hrs pw)
