My Client is looking for a strong CDP to join there Kitchen team.
The establishment has 43 bedrooms, a busy restaurant trade and a strong reputation in the area for weddings and banquets.
The 80 cover restaurant serves traditional comfort food, cooked fresh from locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.
The hours are 48 per week based on 5 days over 7 on a variety of shifts. Live in accommodation is available priced at £180 per month fully inclusive of all bills.

·Assume full responsibility for the larder section and assist on pastry as needed
·Work with the senior chefs to benefit your career
·Adopt and maintain the kitchens’ hygiene protocols
·Train, develop and mentor the junior chefs
·Assist in each department-restaurant, weddings, room service etc.
·Ensure the consistent quality of all produce
·A strong background at multi outlet level
·A calm, level head under pressure
·Ideally from a hotel kitchen
·Must be driven and focused to succeed
·Be professional, approachable and friendly
·Have excellent time keeping and personal skills
·Conference and banquet experience an advantage
·Strong chance for progression
·Competitive salary 18 - 20K
·Live in available if required
