An exciting contract term has opened up for a Health and Safety Advisor / CDM Co-ordinator to take up a consultancy in-house, site based role on a AD HOC basis. The ideal candidate will be based in or near Glasgow.
The role will require you to have a background in Health & Safety, be able to comply and complete risk assessments as well as developing and leading SHE tasks.
This role will see you seconded onto a client site and be part of a small team supported by the wider Health, Safety & Environment division of the consultancy i'm working with.
This is expected to be a 12 month minimum contract term, on a AD HOC basis.
- Health and safety risk assessments
- CDM training at client premises
- site inspections
- PCI development
- attending design meetings
- policy and procedures
- safety strategic reviews
- compliance audits / site inspections
- liability assessments
- Health and safety advice
- Accident investigations
You will ideally be NEBOSH Diploma certified or equivalent, Chartered Member of IOSH as well as being genuinely passionate about safety.
a candidate who is OSHCR registered would also be very desirable.
