Position: Registered Nurse

Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse, at MPS Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and support. Working closely with the NHS Wales Health Boards, along with other healthcare facilities and institutions in Wales. You will be at the forefront of delivering critical care to patients in the Intensive Treatment Units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • · Providing specialized nursing care to critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment.

  • · Monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing life support equipment.

  • · Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

  • · Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective care plans.

  • · Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.

  • · Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

  • · Adhere to all medical and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality.

  • · Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices.

Requirements:

  • · Valid and active NMC Registration.

  • · 12 Months proven experience as a Registered Nurse with CCU expertise.

  • · Excellent knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.

  • · Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • · Empathetic, caring, and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

  • · Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
  • · Attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
