We focus on delivering quality products combined with competitive prices, excellent pre and post sales services, and marketing support. The successful candidate will be working in a small, close-knit team and will have the opportunity to progress to more senior roles.
Job Purpose: Approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business. Account Manager will also be responsible for making repeat sales to the company’s existing customers.
Responsibilities of a CCTV Sales Executive:
- managing a portfolio of accounts
- using contacts to generate new business
- maintaining good relationships with existing clients
- listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
- maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
- cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
- responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
- acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
- negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
- advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
- reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
- making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
- attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues
- represent G-Tec at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
Trade Counter Sales
Dealing with customers who come to collect their order from the trade counter or wish to have an item repaired
- Service with a smile, make the customer feel welcome
- Build up a rapport with the customer. Remember the company/buyer names
- Focus on selling the 'offers’ to local customers

£25,000 + depending on level of experience + commission
