Our Client, a café based in Bordon is looking for an experienced Catering Supervisor to join the team on an ongoing temporary basis starting ASAP!
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the catering services including:
·Preparation of food
·Leading menu design
·Staff training and development
·Monitoring procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene and food handling regulations
·Stock control and ordering
·Prepare catering for events/functions
Working a 24 hour week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7:30am to 4pm, with flexibility to work additional hours and occasional weekends to assist with events, the Catering Supervisor will earn between £9.30 to £10.10 per hour.
