Catering Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Catering Manager on behalf of our lovely client, a well established Events Catering company based in Wembley. They are looking for a switched on individual to join their busy team of friendly professionals. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organised, and flexible, with a genuine passion for ensuring smooth all-round operations.

Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day catering operations
• Manage and motivate catering staff to ensure smooth service
• Coordinate transport of food to the required destination
• Maintain high food quality, hygiene, and safety standards, checking of allergen labels
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Handle scheduling, rotas, and time management for the team

Requirements:

• Must have a full UK driving licence
• Proven management and catering experience
• Excellent timekeeping and time management skills
• Comfortable with early starts and flexible hours to meet business demands
• Proactive, reliable, and switched-on attitude
