Catering Assistant-Bath

GLL is looking for Catering Assistants to join a brand new team for the launch of The Diner at Bath Sports and Leisure Centre in Bath, Somerset. The Diner is a brand new concept under the Better Coffee Corner brand which will serve traditional diner-style foods with a fast turnover. The centre is going through an £8 million refurbishment which will see over 150,000 users a year walk through the doors to use the pools, water play area, gym, ten-pin bowling, trampoline park, studio space and party rooms. The Diner will be the ideal place for families to stop off for something to eat and drink and will eventually be able to seat up to 200 covers.

The catering team pride themselves on delivering an effective and efficient cafe provision with high levels of service by way of preparation, service and delivery of fresh food and drinks, so you'll need to be just as passionate as they are. You'll ensure the cafe environment maintains hygiene and cleanliness standards in line with strict Health and Safety requirements.

Ideally, you'll have previous experience working as a Catering Assistant with excellent customer care skills. You'll need a Food Hygiene certificate and knowledge of COSHH (Control of Substance Hazardous to Health).
