Reporting into the Category Insight Manager, and supporting the sales team, you will be working for one of the UK’s most popular branded confectionery manufacturers. This exciting company turnover in excess of £160million within the UK and are growing year on year.
Due to growth there is now a requirement for a creative Category Manager to join their team, managing the category relationship with one of the organisation’s strategic customers.
The main responsibilities shall include;
- Generating and analysing category reports, and presenting findings both internally and externally with customers
- Building a strong network within your customer base
- Tracking competitor and market information
- Working with other internal functions providing support and information as required
To be considered for the opportunity you must have worked within an FMCG category / insight role for at least 5 years, using IRI and Kantar data. It is essential you have had customer facing experience within grocery or discount retailers. Great relationship building skills are a must.
