As part of the established Procurement team you will support HR and professional services category of spend and strategy implementation with the stakeholder groups.
*Develop a robust Procurement strategy within the defined Category of spend.
*Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of strategic sourcing plans
*Provide procurement expertise to negotiate optimum supplier relationships
*Develop, measure and monitor KPI's, Supply Level Agreements and continuous improvement for Category
*Continually strive to improve supplier performance
*Develop and maintain a high level of market knowledge that reflect the Company strategy
*To rationalise the supply base to a manageable level
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
*A Bachelors degree (or equivalent)
*Demonstrable track record in purchasing strategies and project management ideally with HR and Professional Services spend
*Excellent analytical skill
*SAP (or similar) systems experience
*Proven commercial cost savings experience.
*Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
*Be target focused and driven to achieve results
