Your new company
A large scale and successful retail organisation based in Warwickshire. They are ambitious and forward thinking with exciting growth plans. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Category Buyer to join the Procurement team. The role will work on a hybrid basis.
Your new role
The Category Buyer will support the Category Manager in the implementation of the Category strategy You will develop existing product lines and introduce new and innovative product ranges. The Category Buyer will negotiate with suppliers and monitor performance. You will analyse management information and manage product lifecycles.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will be Graduate (or equivalent) with experience gained within a procurement role. Previous experience in the retail sector is advantageous. You will be well organised, analytical and strong communication skills. Additionally you will be enthusiastic, driven and have a solutions-focused approach.
What you'll get in return
