Based at our Newhaven Head Office, we are looking to welcome a Cashier / Accounts Assistant to our friendly Finance Team
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Cash counting, banking, and production of daily cash-up reports.
Allocation of monies received to customer accounts.
Customer account queries.
Entering supplier invoices onto Sage.
Manually reconciling supplier statements.
Phoning Suppliers to request missing Documents.
Answering the phone.
Experience on Sage 200 would be advantageous. However, this is not essential as training will be provided.
Experience of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Polite and confident telephone manner.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage and prioritise workload.
