My manufacturing organisation is currently looking for a Cashbook Clerk to work along side the Finance Manager to assist with a back log of invoices. For the right person this has the potential for it to go permanent.
Your new role
Capturing supplier invoices and staff expenses claims into financial systems for payment
Supplier account reconciliations
Methodical filing of documentation
Strong interpersonal skills for communication with suppliers and staff
Process cashbook transactions
Manage petty cash
Reconcile bank statements
Process payments to suppliers and employees
What you'll need to succeed
You will need good communication skills and have a strong background in Excel
