Manage cash sales customers, enquiries and expand through the generation of new business via telephone selling and following up on leads.
Actively promote and sell business products to new and existing cash sale customer, in line with KPI's and targets.
Identify any site constraints relating to access and means of discharge and waiting time requirements on site to complete the deliveries. Communicate availability of deliver opportunities with shipping teams and plants.
Record information about activity carried out in relation to customer contact, work won/lost and other customer feedback.
provide all the relevant details about customer queries promptly to enable resolution.
