Slater Gordon Solutions are currently recruiting for a Case Handler to join our Post Settlement department based in our Liverpool office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven office experience to join a leading Law firm.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Vetting claims, opening files and performing all relevant post settlement activities

  • Submitting client payments and client to office transfer requests

  • Dealing with incoming emails and post

  • Chasing relevant parties for required information

  • Performing tasks on files, including document and letter creation

  • Ensuring that all information on a case is accurately and promptly entered onto the database

About You:

  • Knowledge of MOJ settlement would be a distinct advantage

  • Great customer service and communication skills

  • Good IT skills including Microsoft office

  • Excellent attention to detail, with good organisational and prioritisation skills

  • A professional approach

  • Works well in a fast pace environment
