A permanent Case Preparation Administrator job working for a Central Government organisation in central London

Your new company

This organisation works closely with the Home Office and ensures that people working in security are given the correct training and support. This is measured through performance standards being met. They're a well established and important Central Government organisation.

Your new role

This important job will be supporting two teams within the organisation. You'll be helping them prepare for court cases by completing a number of key administrative tasks. This includes being the first point of contact, updating databases as well as preparing case files. Other aspects of job will be ordering stationary , dealing post and PO numbers on behalf of the Director.

What you'll need to succeed

To be a success in this position you must have administration experience , ideally working for a public sector organisation. You must have excellent communication skills and work in a methodical and calm manner. The ideal candidate will be proactive and keen to develop. Having excellent IT skills is essential.
