The Single Health and Work Gateway aims to bring together existing and new work and health projects. The service is delivered through a comprehensive case management led multidisciplinary team, with the aim of facilitating work attainment, return to work, or enabling those working to continue to do so.
We are looking for individuals with special interest in the Health, Work and Well-being Agenda, who has the ability to assess complex situations, and who possesses highly effective interpersonal and negotiation skills. Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Nursing required, with skills in mental health and talking therapies, and/or Occupational Health knowledge being highly desirable.
The post will be based in Kings Cross Hospital but the successful applicant will be expected to work throughout Dundee and with various partnership organisations.

You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the NMC Register or the Health Care Professional Council.

Hours of work: 37.5 hours and 18.75 per week
