Case Manager / Processor - Secured Loans

Fully remote remote position - applicants must reside in the UK

£25,000 - £32,500 + Comission + Benefits

My client is a household name and an established leader within their niche, employing circa 150 people across the UK.

As an innovative disruptor within financial services, my client has built a bespoke - cutting edge platform, which enables their case managers/processors to work efficiently and at a high volume.

Due to year on year growth my client is actively seeking a experienced ambitious Mortgage case managers to join their successful Secured Loans team.


The purpose of this position is to fully package client cases, ensuring a quick, simple and smooth journey for the client. You are required to own the full case journey from 'Pack in' to 'Funded' stage.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the mortgage brokerage industry, in either case management (packaging/processing)
  • Experience of processing secured loan / second charge mortgage Cases
  • Working to strict customer deadlines
  • CeMAP or part CeMAP qualified (not essential/advantageous)
  • Excellent communication, organisation and presentation skills
