An exiting opportunity is available for an experienced Bridging Finance Case Manager / Mortgage Processor to join this newly established mortgage and bridging finance lender based in the City of London. This is an excellent time to be joining a fast paced and entrepreneurial company.
We are looking for an experienced finance professional seeking full time employment, to assist with the deal flow case management for our short-term mortgage lending which will also include certain general administrative functions to support the office.
To assist with putting together the mortgage underwriting packs, on each deal.
To proactively manage a pipeline of loan applications and to manage the expectations of customers, and the intermediaries that the business has a relationship with.
To provide brokers and customers with accurate case updates at all points in the process.
To provide a high level of customer service at all stages of a loan application.
To assist our loan underwriters by providing the required information on deals, as they progress.
Provide key support to the running of the office
Minimum 12 months mortgage administration / mortgage processing experience.
GCSE (minimum Maths and English A-C);
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Excellent attention to detail, efficient and organised;
A positive attitude with a hands on approach to work tasks;
Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines;
Strong planning and problem solving skills
Up to £35k basic + Benefits (Dependent on experience)
