We are currently recruiting for a number of Complaints Handler's to work at our site in Edinburgh. As a Complaints Handler, you will be assessing cases that have been raised by customers in relation to the mis-selling of their Payment Protection Insurance (PPI).
Start date: November to ongoing.
Location: Westpoint, 4 RedheughsRigg, South Gyle, Edinburgh, EH129DQ
Hours: Monday to Friday: Must be open to flexible working. 8am - 5:45pm during training. Can change to 8am-9m after training.
This is not a cold-calling role. In this role you will be using your analytical skills to assess cases that have been raised by the customer, reviewing the details provided against a set of criteria to see whether they were mis-sold their PPI. As part of the role you will be required to speak to customers over the phone to gather further information to help you to fully assess the case. You will also complete calculation of redress if relevant, so confident math skills are important.
You will be working towards both productivity and accuracy targets within this role, so we are looking for individuals with a key interest to learn, excellent attention to detail, excellent computer skills and a drive to succeed!
