Our Public Sector client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis. The post holder is also required to cover Reception duties until 7pm on alternate Wednesdays and until 9pm two evenings a week (this will involve a later start time).

You will be working within a busy office to complete administration tasks, liaising with offender managers and providing support to the wider team.

The role will include, but will not be restricted to;

- Updating databases
- Record management
- Responding to emails
- Answering phonecalls
- Greeting visitors
- General administration

The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience in similar role. The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator both verbal and written.

You must hold in-date, valid photo ID; Passport / Driving Licence.

The rate of pay is £7.98 an hour for the first 12 weeks, rising to £9.02 after. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
