Case Administrator - Investigations Team
£20,507 per annum plus benefits
Permanent, full time
The Nursing and Midwifery Council regulates nurses and midwives in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland setting standards of education, training, conduct and performance so that nurses and midwives can deliver high quality healthcare throughout their careers.

About the role
The purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive support service case officers and lawyers in either the Screening, Investigations or Case Preparation teams, to assist with the case progression through the NMC lifestyle in line with the rules, operational standards and performance measures. You will be required to provide excellent standards of customer care to all internal and external stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Worked in a similar position previously
- Strong administration skills
- Experience of working in a legal environment - ideal but not essential.
- Excellent Communication Skills - both in writing and verbally
- High Quality Customer Service Skills
- Able to deal with a high workload, and conflicting deadlines.
- Data inputting experience
