My client in Hitchin is looking for a part time call handler on an ongoing temporary basis.
You will be responsible for dealing with all incoming queries for a Careline contact centre.
You will need to have excellent customer service skills and good written skills and to act professional at all times.
This is a part time role completing approx 70 hours a month. The hourly rate depends what shift you are on.
£9.01ph / £12.01ph / £13.52ph / £16.52ph
The shifts given:
7am - 3pm
3pm - 8pm
3pm - 11pm
11pm - 7am
You will be given your rota 7 weeks in advance and there will be various shifts which include, days/nights and weekends
You must commit to the hours offered to you.
