This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join a careers team within the Education sector working with The Mirfield Free Grammar & Sixth Form Multi-Academy Trust.

Our careers department is vitally important to students helping them to make choices that will impact on their futures.
Our careers team is a small team that value team working and achieving goals within a friendly and supportive environment.
We are looking to recruit someone who has excellent organisation and communication skills both face to face and over the telephone. You must be confident in developing and maintaining links with external organisations so that they regularly support various initiatives and events, including work experience, mock interviews and 'careerspotlight’ opportunities.
You must have the ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels. The ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise your own work load is a must. In addition to a great telephone manner you must be highly organised with the ability to deal with a variety of admin duties including follow-up emails, diary management, setting appointments, answering questions and dealing with queries. Ideally you will have experience gained within a busy admin team, sales or customer service environment.
You must be happy working within a fast moving environment and deal with multi-tasking with enthusiasm. Excellent customer service skills are essential.
