The main duty within this role will be to be the customer champion within the company. This will include: acting as the middle man between internal operations and clients, dealing with queries, questions and resolving complaints from customers, building relationships in order to maximise potential business with current clients, updating client on the status of their delivery, liaising with drivers to coordinate deliveries.
You need to have relevant experience to be considered, industry specific logistics experience is desirable but not essential.
