Care Workers

I am recruiting for Care Workers to work at a beautiful residential service located on the edge of the Peak District in Derbyshire, near to Low Leighton.

This home supports adults with learning disabilities so having professional or personal experience with this client group would be highly desirable, however not essential.

There are various full time and part time shifts available with a flexible hourly rate to reflect your contract. Local and onsite accommodation can also be provided if needed.

The Person:
Experience in a similar role isn't essential as full support and training will be provided. However, we are looking for people with the following qualities;
- Naturally caring personality
- Enjoy helping others
- Comfortable with face to face interaction with people who have learning disabilities/autism/challenging behaviour

It isn't essential to hold a Full UK Driving License however; you do need to have regular and easy access to public transport in order to travel to the home.

Commutable locations to this service include; Newtown, High Peak, Hazel Grove, Stockport, Ludworth, Poynton, Woodford, Hayfield, Whaley Bridge, Buxworth, Chapel-en-le-Frith, Hyde, Glossop, Hadfield, Stalybridge, Dukinfield, Cheadle, Marple Bridge, Disley and Thornsett to name a few.
