Hays Social Care currently have a fantastic opportunity for experienced Support Workers to join us on a flexible working basis. Hays Social care work with some of the best care providers in Cheltenham and the surrounding areas, and have plenty of work available for support workers and carers looking for either full or part time hours.

You will primarily support clients who have Learning disabilities and complex needs, offering care and support to those individuals to help them lead happy and successful lives.

You will need to have had at least 6 months previous experience in a similar role, having supported adults or children with learning disabilities or other complex needs, hold a full driving licence, access to a car and be able to work a minimum of 20 hours a week.
