**Care Workers** Dementia Care, Attractive Settings, Rate Dependent on Experience, Various Shift Patterns

Hays Social Care have an immediate need for experienced Care Workers to work with us into various settings across the Belfast and Greater Belfast area. Our clients are seeking professional and empathetic Care Workers who have experience in dealing with those suffering from Dementia, Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities.
Your new role
As an experienced or Senior Care Assistant you will demonstrate your caring and professional nature dealing with adults and the elderly. You will be involved in all aspects of care which will be tailored to each individual service user. You will also be able to further your knowledge as you will have access to free training courses provided by Hays Social Care.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 6 months relevant Care experience in a Health and Social Setting where you will be able to demonstrate your experience in working with those who have Dementia, Learning Difficulties and/ or Physical Disabilities. You will ideally hold an NVQ L2 / L3 in Health and Social Care and a full UK Driving Licence. As well as this you must be NISCC registered and be willing to undergo an Enhanced Access NI check which can be provided free of charge by Hays Social Care if you do not hold a current certificate. Furthermore you will also be open to working various hours and shift patterns.
What you'll get in return
Whilst working for Hays Social Care you will be offered work in locations and settings to suit you and your own needs. You will have the benefit of working around your own personal commitments as we work with a range of clients with varying shifts and hours. As well as this you will receive an hourly rate of £8-10 per hour which will be paid to you on a weekly basis directly into your bank account on a Friday morning. You will also accrue holiday pay which will be paid out to you if you book time off. Payment comes as a result of completing an online time sheet which is user-friendly. Furthermore, you will only deal with one specialist recruiter who will be on hand to help with any queries, and should you have any queries with your pay then you can easily be directed to our own dedicated in-house payroll team.
