We are looking to recruit competent, passionate care workers at various levels. Ideally candidates will have at least six months’ experience within a similar setting, a good understanding of autism and be working towards or achieved the Level 3 Diploma in residential childcare or equivalent.

All successful candidates will need to display a commitment to promoting the safeguarding and well being of our young people, be able to drive the Shires’ vehicles and participate in swimming and other activities.
Positions are full time working on average 45½ hour week, 2 days on, 2 days off (07:00-21:00) on a rolling rota basis which includes weekends and bank holidays. More flexibile hours are available for experienced care workers by joining our bank.
