Care Assistant needed at Jasmine Court, High Wycombe.
Salary: £8.03 per hour rising to £8.33 per hour after probation
Hours of work: 35 hours per week, including early and late shifts, and alternative weekends on rolling rota basis.

We have opportunities for Care Workers to join our team at our extra care flats Jasmine Court. You will work as part of a team providing physical, emotional, spiritual and social support to service users within the scheme to encourage them to achieve maximum independence where possible. To ensure that the highest standard of care is maintained in accordance with Heritage Care’s policies and procedures and CQC Fundamental Standards.
You will need to be a great team player and be able to build positive relationships with our service users, their families and our staff. You will need to demonstrate an understanding of the needs of older people living within the scheme and how to support them to lead valued lives in the community. Good literacy, numerical and verbal skills are a must. It’s also very important that you are organised, patient and of a caring nature.
Jasmine Court is a purpose built complex of 12 individual apartments for older people. Jasmine Court Extra Care apartments are designed for people who want to live in their own home but also require some level of personalised support to live independently. All flats are wheelchair accessible and there are lifts to the upper floor. Jasmine Court is set in its own pleasant gardens, next door to Holmers House care home, on the outskirts of High Wycombe
