£16,436 - £17,859 per annum

Full & Part Time Positions Available

We are looking to recruit Care Support Workers with experience in the care and learning disability field. You will be providing care to individuals aged 18 to 65+ who have epilepsy, varying degrees of learning disabilities and other associated disorders, challenging behaviour and physical disabilities. The staff in the Adult Home supports the service users in activities of daily living, encouraging, enabling & promoting independence.

With great opportunities for career development and progression and having one work base, you will feel part of a bigger team of people who want to make a positive difference, spending quality time with clients (on and off site). Preferably you will have experience in care together with Level 2 Diploma in health & Social Care (Adults), however this qualification is not essential as training and development in the role will be provided.

If you are motivated and enthusiastic with good communication skills and have the skills to contribute to and maintain the high standard of care provided by the existing team we would like to hear from you. We offer flexibility in shift patterns, fixed rotas with scope for 'shift swaps’ between similarly trained colleagues.
