Role: Support Worker
Salary: from £7.50 - £11.25 p/h
Currently recruiting care workers to join an outstanding team at Manor Community providing support and care to individuals within the South West. To help clients increase their independence and develop innovative ways to improve their quality of life. Working with people with mental health, learning disabilities as well as autism, physical and sensory impairments and the elderly.
We are looking for people with the following skills:
- Observational skills
- Caring and compassionate
- Good communication skills ( written and oral)
- Be committed and have a good work ethic
- Be a team player and also to be able to work alone
Previous experience is preferred but not essential.
Training is provided to all new staff joining our team.
Opportunities to work flexibly.
Your own transport is preferred but not essential.

Duties will include:
- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks
- Supporting individuals to access the community, pay bills, manage money and socialise
- Help individuals learn how to plan and preparing meals
- Reablement/ Rehabilitation
- Social Inclusion
All the above must be carried out in a professional and discreet manner.
