Currently recruiting care workers to join an Outstanding Team at Manor Community, Regional Finalists at the 2017 Great British Care Awards. We provide support and care to individuals within the South West. To help clients increase their independence and develop innovative ways to improve their quality of life. Working with people with mental health, learning disabilities as well as BME groups, autism, physical and sensory impairments and elderly.

Previous experience preferred, but not essential.

Training is provided to all new staff joining our team.

Opportunities to work flexibly.

Your own transport is essential.

Duties will include:

  • Accessing the community

  • Providing emotional support

  • Building day to day skills

  • Supporting individuals with daily living tasks
  • Help individuals learn how to plan and preparing meals
  • Shopping
  • Reablement/ Rehabilitation
  • Social Inclusion

All the above must be carried out in a professional and discreet manner.
