I am recruiting for a Support Manager to join my client who is a registered charity providing national support to people with learning disabilities.
This particular role will be based within a specialised supported living service around 4 miles south of Leicester in the East Midlands.

You will be responsible for overseeing a supported living service made up of various units and apartments. You will be responsible for a team of support Workers, seniors and Team Leaders.
Other duties will include, but are not limited too;
- Complete full assessments on new and existing service users to monitor the care that is required
- Build new relationships with internal and external individuals
- Ensure that all shifts are appropriately covered
- Take part in 'on call' on a shared system
- Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care as minimum, or equivalent
- Experience of managing a high quality care provision for people with learning disabilities
- Strong leadership skills
