This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to take a supervisor role within the community for our Elderly clients receiving care in the community around Peacehaven, Seaford and Newhaven area.
- Your main responsibilities are to support service users to create personalised care plans and risk assessments in line with all legislation including Health & Social Care Act 2008 and CQC Essential Standards 2010 and Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
- To ensure that all services are provided in accordance with Better Healthcare Services objectives of Quality Assurance and in line with all company Policies and Procedures.
- To conduct spot checks and provide supervision for care assistants and record these for the Domiciliary Co-ordinator
The post holder should also have a proven record of strong leadership as a requirement of the role is to work effectively with other disciplines and support other leads in service provision.
