At Sanctuary Care we believe in providing high quality care homes where people are looked after with the utmost dignity and respect. Our strength lies in the quality of our people and we employ those who will share our mission statement ‘Keeping kindness at the heart of our care’.

Care Programme Manager

Worcester

£55,000 per annum

35 hours per week

Sanctuary Care is seeking an experienced and innovative Programme Manager to lead a varied suite of IS programmes to support its transformation into a modern way of working. The role will initially focus on the control of the current Electronic Care Plan project to all its homes, ensuring objectives are met and delivered on time.

We continue to have ambitious plans to continually develop and grow our business over the course of the next few years and pride ourselves on the exemplary standards of care that we provide to our residents. The successful candidate will be integral to future project development of the business.

A competent Programme Manager with multi site experience, you’ll have managed end to end programmes from initial scoping and monitoring the critical path to post project reviews. Often you’ll be managing several projects concurrently so your commercial acumen will ensure you remain on time and within budget. Of course as an integral person within the Care Operations team you’ll be comfortable conversing with, and influencing, all areas and levels of the business. You’ll be an experienced mentor, supporting internal stakeholders, who will often not be I.S. experts, leaving them with a clear understanding of the reasons for change and the benefits the project will bring them.

You’ll be well versed in understanding both the potential challenges and solutions large scale projects may have. Your ability to translate strategy into deliverables will ensure I.S. solutions are fit for purpose and change across the business is seamlessly achieved.

Travel will be a requirement of the role as will occasional overnight stays away from home so flexibility outside of normal working hours will be needed.

As part of our commitment to making Sanctuary a great place to work, we offer extensive development and training opportunities as well as a comprehensive reward and benefits package including discount schemes, 25 days annual leave and a contributory pension scheme.
