Registered Care Manager | Salary according to experience| Located in Brandon
We are working with a professional local care-provider agency to recruit for a Registered Care Manager based in the location of Brandon paying a competitive salary that will reflect your experience.
This growing organisation are looking for a person who has experience working at Manager level, ideally in a domiciliary setting and who is able to deal with the daily (sometimes hourly!) challenges that this responsible position brings.
Armed with passion, dedication and a true love of working with people, you should be qualified to at least NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health & Social Care or have a Registered Manager Award.

- Provide effective leadership, managing the daily operation of the service and all associated staffing to a consistently high standard of care
- Maintaining business levels, resources and energy
- Manage people and quality standards including recruitment and training
- Ensuring that CQC requirements and compliance levels are met
As a person, we are hoping that you will be able to demonstrate your ability to plan, co-ordinate, organise and work under pressure, whilst remaining professional and enthusiastic - consistently exhibiting the spark to lead and motivate others.
