Registered Manager - £30K - £35K - Immediate Start
Your new company
Your new company has a national presence and specialises in the care of service user's with dementia and Alzheimer's. Their mission is to provide an outstanding level of care to people in their own homes, increasing their quality of life and encouraging independence.
Your new role
As a registered manager, you will predominantly be office based where you will manage the internal team, coordinate the carers and aim to grow the business. In addition to this, you will be required to visit clients and carry out initial assessments.
Your working hours will be 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. The organisation has an on call team for evenings and weekends.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you must have experience working in the care sector where you have undertaken a leadership role. You must be a confident and commercial individual who can bring fresh ideas to a flourishing organisation. CQC registration is not essential as this can be achieved through your new role. However, you must have excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding.
Experience with dementia and Alzheimer's is preferred but not essential.
What you'll get in return
In return, your annual salary will be £30K - £35K and your working hours will be 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. You will receive 22 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays. There will be progression opportunities within the organisation.
