Yolk Healthcare are proud to be working alongside a UK WIDE Aged Care provider in the Cardiff City Centre and are currently looking for a strong Deputy Nurse Manager RGN to run and lead the clinical side of the business in Cardiff.You will be part of a strong management team and this home offers an exciting new opportunity for a senior nurse to get into management.

Essential Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a professional, possess strong leadership and management skills in a Elder Care/ mental health Nurse lead setting. Do you have the following experiences?

  • 2 Plus years nurse clinical senior nurse experience
  • Current RGN/RNM PIN (Active)
  • Budget and staff management
  • Have liaised with local authorities/governance body
  • Manged multi-disciplinary teams
  • Developed staff
