My Client is seeking an experienced Care Home Manager / Registered Manager for their integrated care community aimed at enabling older people to maintain their independence and live full and active lives located in York. It includes a choice of accommodation and level of support to suit the needs of the individual
About the role:
As our Care home Manager you will be working alongside a great team delivering a person centred approach to all of our residents/tenants and providing leadership and direction to your staff.
You will be responsible for
- Inclusive Leadership, supervision, guidance and support of staff in line with our company values
- Ensuring the delivery of quality care and ensuring that this is consistent and person centred
- Ensuring compliance with all CQC regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Leading a culture of continuous change in line with resident experience
- Managing financial budgets.
Passion and a drive to succeed will be paramount in this role and we are looking for someone who can make a real difference seeking to continually evolve processes and have a focus on tangible outcomes whilst maintaining a supportive and inclusive environment
Energy and tenacity will underpin this role and if you feel that you have the experience and the will to succeed
You will have strong people management skills and have experience of managing budgets and financial plans.
You will also need to demonstrate practical knowledge of CQC Standards and Inspection Framework as well as Health and Safety in a Care setting. A collaborative approach with our residents, families and staff is essential.
