We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager for a mid-sized Care Home based in Woodbridge. The job is supported with a comprehensive Induction program providing support throughout.
The successful candidate will oversee the day to day running of this Woodbridge based home and will be responsible for the delivery of high quality person centred care in line with C.Q.C requirements.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate they can engage with the service users to ensure their needs are met to a high standard and a comprehensive knowledge of C.Q.C standards. You will be required to maintain very positive working relationships with external 3rd party Care professionals, families and visitors.
To be considered for this exciting role as a Home Manager, you will be required to have experience of Home Management and hold a Registered Managers Award or be happy to undertake this qualification.
* £40,000 per annum, plus Performance Related Pay of up to £5,000
