Salary 35k

As the Care Home Hospitality Service Manager youwill manage a team in accordance with company standards and procedures of St Philips Care.

The services you will be responsible for include: Cleaning, Catering, Reception, Grounds Maintenance and Housekeeping (including Laundry and Linen) and environmental aspects of resident safety.

Our Ideal candidate would be a person who can embrace a fast-moving role where no two days are the same. A person who can motivate various teams, to keep them engaged to reach their goals. A person who can deliver this with passion, drive, flexibility, and energy.

Preferred Skills

  • Must have Management experience of looking after multiple services
  • Good commercial, customer service standards
  • On site client management experience
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation including COSHH
  • Good numerical and written skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Excellent people management skills
  • IT literate to include Word /Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work flexibly in line with business requirements including attending off site meetings
  • Educated to a minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent

Desirable but not essential.

  • IOSH or NEBOSH Trained
  • FM Qualifications
