Care Coordinator, Chingford

£19K - £23K per annum

Full-time plus on-call

This is an exciting opportunity to join a national, award-winning home care organisation with a fantastic brand and reputation! As their Care Coordinator, you will be predominantly office based and joining a skilled and passionate team, who put the customer at the heart of everything they do. Your responsibilities will involve:

  • Identify suitable matches for clients.
  • Schedule carers weekly and monthly rotas.
  • Accepting, allocating and processing referrals for new work.
  • Talking to the customers on a regular basis about their care.
  • Identify recruitment current and future needs.
  • Take part in the on-call rota on a rotational basis, 1 in 4.

What experience and qualifications will you need?

You will ideally hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent. You also ideally have at some scheduling experience and have excellent organisational and planning skills! You will also have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle. Above all you will be passionate about quality care and ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times.
