My client is looking for an experienced Care Coordinator working with a company that offers supported living to adults with Learning Disabilities around the Warwickshire area.

You will need to have a good understanding of dealing with rotas, following polices and procedures in line with CQC and have excellent knowledge of IT systems.

The ideal candidate will have worked in Supported Living or Domiciliary Care service and understand the demands of a coordinator, including on-call when required and also to cover shifts in an emergency, including weekdays, sleeps and night cover.

Person Spec:

  • Minimum of level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards
  • Willing to undertake mandatory and appropriate training
  • Computer literate and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain rotas
  • Ability to update care plans

Driver with access to transport would be advantageous, however not essential for this role.
