I am working on behalf of a reputable live in care and domiciliary care provider that requires a Care Coordinator for newly commissioned branch in the Norwich area.
This Client delivers bespoke homecare across the Midlands. The client is an established company that offers support to the elderly and disabled in their own homes. They offer personal care and assist with medication. They also offer domestic assistance and social care. They really do look after their employees, offering on going training and opportunities for career progression, annual salary reviews.
The Branch/The role:
The branch is currently running at 400 hours of care per week but they predominantly have Live In services.
You will be responsible for managing staff availability, effectively producing rotas for the carers & working closely with the Registered Branch Manager amongst other duties.
This a is full time role offering hours from either Monday - Friday, 9:00-5pm.
There will be on call expectations with this position.
You will be a strong experienced care co-ordinator and have a proven successful track record within domiciliary care. You will have excellent organisational qualities, ability to be flexible and to time manage effectively and a desire to work to high standards and push yourself to better both the company and yourself. You will have the ability to come in and hit the ground running working off your own initiative.

£22 - £23k DOE
