We are a successful rapidly expanding care company located in the South West covering Bournemouth, Poole and the surrounding areas.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team, who can run and manage a local area where they can develop, monitor and build.
They will be responsible for the day to day issues that arise as well as forward planning to ensure all weekly schedules are distributed in a timely manner to both clients and workforce. In addition, the new team member will be required to support their workforce by holding regular staff meetings and working with the management of the company to ensure staff supervisions, mentoring and training are undertaken in order to meet compliance and contractual obligations.
The ideal applicant will be able to converse with people at all levels to include workforce, colleagues, health and medical professionals as well as local authorities and clients. The ideal applicant must have a good command of the English language both written and spoken. In addition, they must be computer literate familiar with e-mail, work, excel and use computer scheduling programmes although full training and support to become familiar with the programme will be provided.
We are looking for an individual with at least 2 years’ experience in a domiciliary care setting, and able to schedule and manage at least 1000 hours a week with potential for further growth. Successful candidates will be required to support the company with some weekend working to include holding on call duties as part of their role on a rostering system to include one weekend in 3.
