£20,000-£25,000, depending on previous experience, plus 45p per mile petrol allowance and excellent progression opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:
· Managing Supervisors and seniors;
· Delivery of rotas;
· Allocation and quality of Assessments and Care Plans, reviews and spot checks;
· Management of On-call for branch;
· Recruitment of Care Assistants;
· Responsible for ensuring staff training and qualifications are correct.
What skills and experience are required?
You will have level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent and be willing to do your level 5.
You must be a car driver and have access to your own vehicle.
You must have good knowledge of the local area, have some rostering/scheduling experience, but above all you must be an organised, compassionate individual who wants a job where you can make a real difference.
