We are a community focused employer with several local authority contracts who support local long term unemployed via our free and subsidised training courses. In addition we are spearheading the care robotics revolution via an innovative project with funding from BIS that is working on new technology for the home care sector.
As a Care Coordinator, you will ensure all your customers are provided with quality support, through tailored care visits, offering continuity and a personal approach. Three Sisters Care is experiencing an exciting period of growth, and there is massive potential. As a Care Coordinator you will not only be providing effective support through care scheduling, you will be providing a matching service too.
- You will have scheduling experience in a home care company.
- You will ideally hold an NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care.
- You will have excellent organisation and IT skills.
- Being a car driver is essential.
- Hours 9.00am - 5.00pm
